Join us at Blake's Sauce Off, where sauce aficionados battle it out in categories like Sweet Creative, Spicy Creative and BBQ for the chance to have their winning sauce featured on Blake's Tasting Room menu for one month. With over 1 million visitors annually, this competition offers a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary prowess and have your sauce savored by a diverse audience of food enthusiasts. Don't miss your chance to be crowned the sauce champion! Restrictions apply.

General Admission - 1lb Tickets are $24.00 per person in advance or $29.00 at the door for 1lb. General Admission - 2lb Tickets are $38.00. Children 2 and under enter free and do not need a ticket. 

• Your ticket will include a commemorative logo pint glass, a pint of hard cider/beer (non-alcoholic drink for customers under 21), 1lb or 2lb of bone-in wings (depending on your ticket), sauce sampling while supplies last, games, and more!
• Categories of sauce to taste and vote on are Sweet Creative, Spicy Creative & BBQ
• Sauce & wings will be served promptly from 1:00 pm-3:30 pm.
• Judging & Winners announced at 4:00 pm

SIGN UP TO BE A SAUCE COMPETITOR - $20.00 per sauce entry

• $20 deposit includes admission for sauce competitor and helper. Each person will receive a logo pint glass and a pint of hard cider or beer. The sauce competitor will receive a commemorative t-shirt as well. 
• Saucers can enter multiple sauces, but must enter then individual with $20 per sauce.
• Please prepare at least 1-3 gallons of sauce - the estimated attendance is 500+ people! It is our second year and with the success of our first year, we hope this late spring event will bring even more! We will update competitors of tickets prior to the event to ensure success! The more you bring for others to taste, the better your chances are!
• Sauce entries need to be on-site promptly between 10:00 am - 11:00 am on the day of the event.
• Prizes for each category winner & overall grand prize winner! Overall winner, will not win in any single category. 
• All sauces are prepared in noncommercial kitchens. Blake's Hard Cider Co. and Blake Farms are not responsible for any food-borne illness that could be present in the food served. By purchasing this ticket you are assuming all responsibility and acknowledging the possible risks of foodborne illness
• Overall Grand Prize winner will receive their basket, name engraved on the coveted championship belt and opportunity to have their sauce recipe featured in Blake's Tasting Room for a month in 2026. 
  • Winner must be able to provide bulk sauce to the tasting room under $.30 cents an ounce or provide the sauce  (with signed NDA from Blake's). If the Winner is unable to provide sauce within these COGS, then the prize of being on the menu will be altered to be sold in stores or some other agreed upon benefit to assist with the growth of the winning sauce in the community.
