Dates & times book up quickly and walk-ins are not guaranteed. Capacity is limited by Santa's ability to see everyone in a set time. We want everyone to enjoy their time with Santa!
We strive to provide a Magical Moment for you and your family to continue the spirit and magic of Christmas. You are welcome to take your own pictures and Mrs. Claus/Elf will be happy to snap a photo of the group, but we will not spend extra time positioning everyone, checking to make sure the photo is perfect, or be held accountable for photo mishaps.
To ensure the best possible experience for you and your family, we ask you reserve a day for when you will be visiting the Family Farm. Reserving tickets online is fast, convenient, and saves you time.
Guests will be escorted back to see Santa based on a first-come first served basis within their designated time slot. If you are the last person to check-in, there may be a bit of a wait while the other families ahead of you finish their visits. Please use this time to enjoy the crafts, activities, and atmosphere!
